The psycho-educational workshops I offer have a strong emphasis on safety that encourages playfulness, laughter, and reflection. The aim is to weave left-brain learning together with the aliveness of right-brain experiential to optimize integration of the material. I work from the premise that connection precedes learning.

Somatic Study and PlayGroup

This 3-day in-person workshop offers a playful immersion into Somatic Studies. The workshop introduces different bodies of work that inform Somatic Therapy and are destined to shape the field of counselling, healthcare and personal growth. Leading edge information on brain integration, memory formation and nervous system functioning, as it relates to trauma resolution and the attachment process, are paired with somatic explorations.  The Somatic Study and PlayGroup is an informative and accessible introduction to the Full Training Program in Relational Somatic Therapy.  

Please note: The 3-day Somatic Study & PlayGroup is the prerequisite for participation in the Relational Somatic Therapy Full Training Program. The fee for the Somatic Study & PlayGroup is $475.
